• Titan Poker behält sich das Recht vor, die Spielverläufe und die Spielprotokolle der Spieler mit seiner Diskretion nachzuprüfen. Falls sich hierbei herausstellen sollte, dass es nicht zulässige Absprachen und Strategien eines oder mehrerer Spieler gibt, die von Titan Poker als missbräuchlich erachtet werden, behält sich Titan Poker das Recht vor, den Anspruch auf eine Aktion zu widerrufen.

• Alle Bargeldboni (Cash Boni), welche den Spielern vergeben werden, sind nur für Poker Spiele vorgesehen, wie es in den Bonusbedingungen aufgeführt ist. Titan Poker behält sich das Recht vor, die Gewinne zurückzuhalten, falls der Gewinn den ursprünglichen Einzahlungsbetrag überschreitet und der Bonus in Casino Spielen (Side Games) umgesetzt worden ist. Gewinne, die in Casino Spielen gemacht wurden und aus einem Bargeldbonus resultieren, werden für nichtig erklärt. Um eine Auszahlung des Bonusgeldes machen zu können, müssen die Spieler Titan Poker Points in Übereinstimmung mit den regulären Bonusbedingungen sammeln.

• Wenn Sie einen Cash Bonus mit den Auszahlungsbedingungen erhalten haben und Sie eine Auszahlung vornehmen möchten, müssen Sie, in Übereinstimmung mit den regeulären Bonusbedingungen, Titan Poker Points sammeln, damit Ihnen das Bonusgeld und/oder jegliche Gewinne bei Pokerspielen, die daraus abgeleitet wurden, ausgezahlt werden können.

• Poker Boni können nicht bei Titan Bet verwendet werden und alle Gewinne, die durch solchen Gebrauch verdient wurden sind nicht gültig.

• Spieler müssen Boni erhalten können, um für die Preise dieser Aktion berechtigt zu sein.

• Neue Spieler, die einen Poker Bonus-Code erhalten haben, müssen dies angeben, wenn sie ihr Poker-Konto registrieren.

• Im Falle von Meinungsverschiedenheiten sind alle Entscheidungen, die von Titan Poker getroffen werden, bindend.

• Titan Poker behält sich Änderungen der hier aufgeführten Bonusregeln zu jeder Zeit vor. Es liegt in der Verantwortung jedes Spielers regelmäßig diese Seite auf Änderungen hin zu prüfen.

Cash Game Tickets (CGT)

Cash Game Tickets are bonuses that can be used to play on cash or speed poker tables. Your Cash Game Tickets will be displayed in a separate balance until you have earned the required number of status points, whilst using the cash game ticket funds, any remaining ticket value is automatically converted to cash and added to your player balance.

Terms and Conditions

1. Cash Game Tickets (CGTs) may be subject to table stake restrictions (please check ticket descriptions).

2. CGTs cannot be used on Heads-Up tables.

3. CGTs may be used for multiple buy-ins on speed and cash tables. Any subsequent chip purchases during an active game session can only be made using the same CGT as used for the initial buy-in.

4. Multiple CGTs may be used at any time, however if a CGT is in use on a table, it is not permissible to use another CGT on that table at that time.

5. When using a CGT for buy-in / chip purchase, a player cannot bring real money to the same game.

6. When the current value of the CGT increases above the issued value (prior to redemption), the difference is converted to real cash and added to player balance.

7. While a CGT is being used, it cannot be redeemed or expired without the player leaving the tables on which it is being used.

8. Should CGT redemption and expiry overlap, redemption is made first.

9. In certain CGT situations, players may not be allowed to make withdrawals while CGT funds are still in play.

10. When a CGT is in play, its' status moves from ‘Active' to ‘In-Use' and remains so until the player leaves all games in which the CGT is being used.

11. If a CGT expiry date has passed, or redemption conditions have not been met, the CGT status moves to ‘Expired'.

12. When CGT redemption conditions have been met, CGT status moves to ‘Redeemed' or ‘Spent'.

13. While CGT is used, it cannot be redeemed until all the tables, where the CGT is used, are exited.

14. Titan Poker reserves the right to exclude players or void CGT's where players have registered multiple accounts.

15. Titan Poker reserves the right to disqualify players if it reasonably suspects that collusion or other abusive strategies take place.

16. Participants must comply with the eligibility requirements of these terms and conditions. Titan Poker reserves the right to withhold any prize won by anyone whom Titan Poker is aware or have reasonable grounds to believe is ineligible.

17. Titan Poker reserves the right to withdraw the availability of CGTs to any player or group of players.

18. Titan Poker reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of these promotional bonuses at any time, without notice and it is the player's responsibility to check for changes and updates.
